What is technical inspection of buildings?

Technical inspection or main inspection is included in the Construction Standard on Technical Inspection of Structures LBN 405-21. Regularity and the need for the inspection report depends on the functions of the use of the object, condition of the object and stages of construction processes. Technical inspection is often perceived as a formal event; however, the experience of recent years and the establishment of the State Construction Control Bureau proves the significance of this measure. SIA Efekta performs the detailed examination of structural products, structural elements and junction nodes thereof, and the preparation of documentation.
