3D Modeling
Based on scan data we build detailed 3D and BIM models of buildings and structures. The models simplify design, coordination and facility management throughout the life cycle.
3D and BIM models from survey data
On the basis of the point cloud we build a three-dimensional model of the object — from a simple geometric volume to a detailed BIM model with structures, utilities and element information. The model matches the existing situation precisely, so design, coordination and quantity take-off all rest on a reliable basis.
What the service includes
- As-built models of buildings and engineering structures;
- BIM models in Revit with an agreed level of detail (LOD);
- Modelling of structures, ventilation and pipework in production facilities;
- Modelling of individual parts and equipment.
The level of detail and the list of elements to be modelled are agreed in advance, so that the model serves exactly the purpose it is built for.
