From 3D scan data we prepare accurate floor plans, sections and façade drawings. The resulting CAD drawings are ready for design, reconstruction and documentation.
CAD drawings from scan data
From the point cloud we prepare complete two-dimensional drawings — floor plans, sections, façades and roof plans. Unlike archive drawings, they reflect the actual condition of the building with every rebuild and deviation, so design work can start without an additional survey on site.
What you receive
- Floor plans with room dimensions and opening levels;
- Longitudinal and cross sections with height marks;
- Façade drawings;
- Files in DWG and PDF, prepared to match your layer structure.
The level of detail is agreed before the work starts — from a simple room plan to detailed as-built documentation.
