What is a temporary building energy certificate?
Temporary energy certificate of a building is a document that determines the planned energy efficiency of the building, or a part of the building, which is being designed, reconstructed or renovated. It is required to commission the building for buildings under design (new structures, reconstructed or renovated buildings) and parts thereof (at the new structure, reconstructed or renovated building). Temporary energy certificate of the building is registered in the Construction Information System (BIS).
